Founded in 1983 by Cheryl Manahan, Wichita Riding Academy was built on a simple but powerful vision: to create a place where students could experience the true joy of horsemanship, and where horses would receive the highest standard of care and training.

That vision continues to guide us today. Over the decades, WRA has introduced thousands of students to the incredible bond between horse and rider. With Cheryl and our dedicated team of instructors leading the way, many of those students have gone on to become some of the top riders in the nation.
