For kids ages 10 & up who wish they lived in a barn
The Work-Ride Training Sesssion is REQUIRED to enroll in Work-Ride.
Our goal is to help your child grow and foster their love of horses over the summer.
What is Work-Ride?
Work-Ride session is an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and skills with horses, allowing them to use what they have learned assisting others and expanding their horse knowledge.
Work-Ride gives students a structured program to follow while assisting with activities at WRA. It teaches job skills for the future, a sense of responsibility and builds self-confidence.
Students must have the skills to groom, tack english and western, halter, lead, safely tie horses and know the barn rules and safety.
To participate, all students are required to attend and pass testing prior to registering.

- NEW!! Work toward differeant awards and badges offered by breed associations--ASIYP-Saddle Time with ASHA, Pathways and Horsemastership with AMHA. Enrollment & membership fees with associations are the responsibility of the student.

$100 per week
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
